Granite Hotels, LLC uses a network of real estate professionals in finding the right location. David Johnston’s fifteen years of experience in bringing real estate projects through the approval process helps us to steer clear of any pitfalls and to secure the approvals in the most efficient manner.

We strive to maximize profits while increasing asset value with our hands on management. We are very involved with the details that go into running the hotel on a day to day basis from daily contact with the General Manager to dissecting the finances the night before and weighing those numbers against other hotels in the area. Paul Buckley’s 40 years of experience lends well to this process.
